I recently visited this Chinese restaurant in Irvine and had a great experience! The restaurant is clean and spacious, with plenty of free parking, making it a convenient spot for both family meals and casual dining. The portions are very generous, especially the handmade noodles. We ordered the Thousand-Layer Roujiamo, Crispy Duck, Xiao Long Bao, Mapo Tofu, Yu Xiang Eggplant, Chicken Broth Knife-Cut Noodles, and Clear Broth Beef Rice Noodles. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and made with care. My favorite was the Thousand-Layer Roujiamo—the flaky pastry was perfectly crispy, and the braised meat was tender and juicy. The Crispy Duck was also delicious with crispy skin and juicy meat. It was also fun to see a robot delivering our food. Overall, a great place with tasty food, large portions, and friendly service. I would definitely come back!

Loved eating at EverSpring Modern Chinese. Portions are huge and all meat tastes fantastic. The lamb skewers are juicy and full of cumin flavor, just like street charcoal ones. Their beef knife-cut noodles have tons of tender beef. Salted egg mushrooms are great for kids, and pepper fish, walnut shrimp are solid picks. Staff are nice and attentive, service is fast. Clean place, perfect for family dinners. Will come back soon.

The Beef Knife-Cut Noodles and Beef & Lamb Pita Soup were both so flavorful that we even ordered another one to take home. There are plenty of other dishes on the menu too—my friend tried the Lamb Skewers on a previous visit and highly recommended them, so I’ll definitely be back to try those next time. Taste: Freshly made with authentic flavors. The noodles had a great chewy texture, the broth was rich without being too heavy, and the portions were very generous. Atmosphere: Clean, bright, and comfortable. The restaurant has a modern look while still feeling warm and welcoming. Price: Excellent value, especially during the grand opening promotion. The portion sizes are impressive for the price. Service: The staff were friendly and attentive throughout the meal. They refilled our water promptly, checked in to make sure everything tasted

Wow, I’m blown away by how affordable and delicious this restaurant is! The noodle bowl is huge, and everything we ordered—from the mapo tofu to the walnut shrimp—was packed with flavor. The interior is nice, clean, and comfortable. Free parking is a huge plus too. If you want great Chinese food that fills you up without breaking the bank, this is the place to go!

We came here because a friend from Shaanxi recommended it, and it definitely didn’t disappoint. The owner was super nice, and you can tell they really care about the food. We ordered the House Specialty Xi An Beef & Lamb Bread Soup, Beef Noodle Soup with Chunky Beef, Lamb Skewers, and Egg Fried Rice. Everything came in huge portions, especially the noodle dishes. The hand-shaved noodles had a great chewy texture, the beef was really tender, and the lamb skewers were fresh and flavorful. The prices were very reasonable for the amount of food, and everything tasted fresh and homemade. We’ll definitely be back to try more of the menu!
